Light therapy?

I found  the best treatment for me is light therapy, it lasts the longest and i can totally come out of hiding, I am in australia and looking for a cheap lamp, i dont want to pay thousands i dont have much money , overseas they have relativley cheap ones but they cost a fortune in postage, anyone from australia know of any i can buy to use in my home? thanks
