Hi skippy...  The tiredness will pass only when the drop the mtx your at this moment in time..
I never had the chance to go part time at work as pcv bus driver with having pa. I so feel for u my friend I've seen weeks fly by and no matter what I try,d  my energy levels where nil.. what might help is that if your p is clearing up your derm should look at your
Bmi and try dropping your dose by 2.5 mg,s a week to find a dose that keeps it a bay.if you had to stop your mtx I can asure u within weeks your back to your old self been there my self.. I've just had to come off mtx was on 25mg aweek . Ten ov them little fellas on a wed ..after 2 years they finally change my meds to ciclosporin  all drugs that suppress are ammune system have a massive affect on the bodys get up and go .. hope this info is of help to your just remeber your so not alone and for your derm sayin you shouldn't be this tyerd ... It's u taking it not him the fool slap him on 15mg a week for a few months then u ask him lol
Shame there's not a market for new skin because I would.be a multi millionaire ... DNA everywhere

:-* Thanks for you're reply Ronnie? Derm guna see me tomorrow, work want me back full time in New Year, just cant cope with being this poorly feeling, I cant deal with the P as its in the groin area and painful when unmedicated, Cyc poisoned me and was stopped quick sharp after real bad headaches and feelings of exhaustion.

I know a lot of folk suffer a lot worse than myself, but being unable to function at any real level is a high price, so no idea what to ask for tomorrow, increase Acet, and reduce MTX or just stay on one ?. Not so long ago I was on Cyc,Acet, mtx and now still feel just as bad, its testing of your character this P stuff.

All advice welcome.

I'm not sure what to suggest with regards to other meds, etc., but I've been on MTX since the end of June 2011, and am still exhausted every day. However, it was worse in the first couple of months, and I'm still doing my degree and getting good grades, and only gave up my part-time job in November because uni was taking up all of my time.

I know that's not actually helpful, but hopefully it might help give you an idea of whether to continue with the MTX and see if it improves.
