Im new member, didnt even know about this website, but now very happy that it exists.
Been reading through some posts but there are soooo many, so bit confused now.
Basically i have some psoriasis on my face, and other parts of my body in bits,(which comes n goes).
I have so many problems trying to communicate with my doctors in them getting me another appointment with the dermatologist, but will ask for one today as need to get my psoriasis seen to again.
The questions i have are as follows, if anybody can help I will be very very grateful.
Is there a list or that the dermatologist recommend for the following?:
1. Shower gels/wash, (bought aveeno, but dont like smell so havent even tried it)
2. Hand wash(gel preferably)
3. Moisturiser (although somtimes use cetraben on face, but its bit thick)
4. Makeup, (havent worn it in 2yrs) specifically, foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick that wont dry out my skin or cause major probs.
5. Body deodarant
Think thats about it, sorryyyyyy long list. Just hope the doc refers me to dermatologist, and hope they help me further with the toiletries and knowledge on them.

Im ok with washing powder as using fairy non bio, no washing softner. forgot to add also have nut allergy and not good with lanolin.
