Not just me any more.
« on: December 30, 2011, 08:32:06 AM »
Not a happy camper

Appears my youngest Daughter, Alyssa who is 6, is having a big Guttate P flare.  All over her trunk and legs atm, but arms are starting to show spots too.

Well at least I know how to treat it.

GP has made her a derm appointment for proper diagnosis

Was really hoping my kids wouldn't get P, feeling horrendously guilty that I have passed it n to any of them.  :(

Off to get extra Epaderm supplies this morning.

I am sorry too Dave to hear this :( My twins have managed to get to 12yo p free but I dread the day I find that 1st spot.

I too would find the guilt at having passed it on very hard to cope with :(

At least Alyssa is in good hands with parents who fully understand what to do ;)
Always look on the bright side

So sorry to hear that  :(

At least you can give her the support and help she needs as you know how she feels!

(sadley when I got to my teens I had very little support from my family, and my Dad has P)

lets hope it will go soon

Sorry to hear that. I developed p at 4, and it can be really hard as a youngster. At least you know you can give her all the help and support she'll need.

when i think of the hours and time all wasted in treatments, referrals, doctors ...cos it was all new to us, i like to think at least now she can now have much better experiences ( i use that word loosely as not sure of the correct word, english pah ) than we did, cos of your expereinces and knowledge

sure youll understand what i mean  :)
