hi i have both plaque and guttae all over my body ive had psoriasis 30 yrs im now 41 and have now taken psoriatic athritis im starting methatrexate injection next wk my psoriasis has been completely active for 2 yrs no rest from it ive been on steroids ani bacterial drugs and every cream lotion ect nothing helps feel i have no hope left anyone been in this place thanx x

There are probably a lot of people here who have been there.

You are not alone.

And I hope that you will find something that will give you some remission.

Sorry to say that there is no cure. But there is loads of support on his site.

Hi, after completing a course of uvb for my millions of tiny spots of plaque p last September I managed to have a couple of clear weeks. The p crept back in slowly as the plaques i remember them being, but since a minor sore throat lasting 2 days at most I've broken out in hundredsof tiny patches that today ky Gp has denied is guttate! He's trying to get my appointment with drs bought forward but what concerns me is these little patches look the same to me as the small bits of plaque p i allegedly had last year.... Was that diagnosis wrong? is this diagnosis wrong? Or us It possible that both are right? I've definitely got plaques all over my scalp and a handful of 50p sizes plaque on my legs that started off just as small as these new bits! Very confused
