LOL, Well when I fell pregnant,my midwife told me "your P will clear up now" did it?!?! No. Three pregnancies and it never cleared once. This P has a mind of it's own  >:(.  :D. Although on another subject, I totally cleared when on holiday in Florida, but never when I have been to Spain etc. 8)

That is well known and happens to some women. It has to to with the level of hormones and expecially the level of bodys own steroids.
Due to the fact that the foetus has to be prevented from being rejected by the mothers body, you can see that as a specific supression of the mothers immune system.

So that's a similar but more natural thing what some drugs do to supress the P, because with P your immune system is attacking your own cells.

Many technical terms, for me to translate, for you to understand.  :o

First two pregnancies - clear. Baby number 3 - stayed the same, no worse no better, but boy after Danny came along - it covered me worse than ever before!
I went on the pill - not for contraceptive reasons, but I thought it might mimic pregnancy and cure the p. No such luck! the beast is smarter than that!
Only thing to do - I'll become a surrogate! Yeh, that's it, I'll be preggie for the rest of my breeding life - Argh!

On 4th pregnancy, and in each have cleared significantly though not totally.  Bonus!  Defo agree with Morgwyn - we need something to mimic pregnancy!
