Oh Emms. I don't know what to say. Poor you. I send you a very gentle hug too. Try to focus on the time when this flare will go away and you will get there. Psoriasis may have won for one day, but you can win on all the others. And it's okay to cry, don't worry about that. xxx

Yes definitely phone them Emms.    If you don't and for some reason they don't have you on their list you will be missing out on potential start dates.   Get on the phone Monday  ;)

I agree. Definitely call them. You'll feel better once you've done it and have a date for treatment.  :) :-*

Oh Emms sounds really painful. Takes me back to my college days  when I used to bleed with it being so bad. Hope the cream  helps until you start the UVB. Stick out the full treatment on the UVB as it can  take  long time to improve. You will have a nice tan  when you go for your holiday next year :-)

Talking of tans I  should be off to Thailand in just  under two weeks, so hopefully it will help my p 8)

Ask the doc or derm if there is some sort of low impact exercise that you can still do, even though you're flaring. If you're still able to keep up with an exercise regieme, even a lighter one than you're used to, it'll keep your spirits up during this hard time.

I have found body pump good as it doesn't involved alot of fast moving exercises.

Can't move my arms though at the moment as it also really works the muscles
