Rant on mate. Tis good to get the pain out.
Lets face it relationships can be complicated enough without P.
But I think you've got the idea
You said
"in the end i wont be able to have a relationship with anyone untill im happy with myself but when will that be"

Your not wrong, Learning to llike/love yourself is the key. Being unhappy with yourself mkes it harder for others to like you.
I've always found that the harder you try to find a relationship the harder it is to find one. When I decided the last thing I wanted, was to get involved with someone as life was complicated enough at the time, I ended up meeting Lyn who I am now married to.
So relax, be yourself and enjoy life ;D
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity.

You're doing the right thing by getting your emotions out into the open, it's the first step to liking yourself more, by acknowledging you have these feelings.
Most people prefer to be liked, it's human nature.  It may be a good idea to talk to a professional counsellor about how you feel, they can give you the tools you need to aid your quest of self-like/love.
There are many self-help books available which you may find beneficial (usually in the mind, body spirit section at WHSmiths)

best wishes

I think it is hard enough being 'honest' with yourself, learning to 'like' yourself without the added frustration and 'pain' caused by having P.

It is only over the last few months that I think I have come along way in 'that' dept and it has paid off a little. I do like myself more and my P does not have to define me or my relationships with others. Has been a hard journey  :-/

I reckon you'll get there. I did and I never thought I could.

Hang in there

Hi DNAT. You do sound a bit low, but I'm sure most people go through that at some time. Sounds like a lot of negative thinking going on, so maybe a bit of counselling would turn things around."The cup is half full, not half empty." It certainly worked for me. Good luck. Take care. Lynn
