I thought that I should tell members about a method that I have used for years to help keep my psoraisis and general skin smooth. I have used Body Shop body scrub for years to help keep my skin scale free and it has really helped me. I use it very time I shower and have never looked back after using it for more than 10 years. I particuarly found this method useful when I was dating in my teens because to the touch my skin felt smooth
even if my psoriasis was bad and it is easier to cover with makeup when its smooth. Moisturising afterwards of course is always key.
The best scrub that I recommend is Body Shop Cocoa Butter Cream Textured Body Scrub. As it is made from natural products I didn't find that it aggravated my skin at all and the scrub smells really nice.
