silkis and sun beds

Hi I wonder if someone could help, I am using silkis at the moment, was wondering if it would be ok also to get some time in on the sunbed?

agree with JJ - if you're going to use sunbeds, don't put anything on at all on the day before you go on, apart from a water based moisturiser, such as aqueous cream.
