Stelera cleared it all up - but now I see some tiny bits back

Oh NO  !  I have been using Stelera with fabulous results.  No side effects and 100% clearance.  It has been more than wonderful.  I have felt great about myself, life, the future etc.  Now in the past couple of weeks I see I have a couple of tiny spots on my elbows and the other day I scratched my head and I felt a tiny spot there too.  Does the effectiveness of this medication wear off?  I thought (I hoped) that I had found my answer.  I had severe psoriasis and Stelera made such a profound difference in my life.  I would love your wisdom/experience on this matter.  Thanks all.

I hope those small patches disappear quickly for you. I am considering using Stelara but have been worried about the possible side effects and haven't agreed to using it yet. My P has got worse over the winter and I hope it slowly gets a bit better with some sun when we get some in the UK. Will try and get a holiday soon to see if that helps.
