Its a strange one this really!!
I've heard stuff about it too but I suppose it goes with the "avoid everything thats generally bad for you" rule.
I've always had a bad relationship with derms so I stopped seeing them because they generally have the view that they must treat the symptoms rather than the cause, therefore out ruling any suggestions that food could be the underlying problem, which I believe is wrong.
The way I deal with my skin is to look at my life as a whole and see what I'm doing to cause so much stress to my skin, be it food, lack of sleep, emotional upsets or genally a bad life style. I think us a P sufferers have to live our lives differently to the none sufferers as we seem to have much more sensitive bodies that can't cope with what is concidered as the 'NORM' these days.
