I am sure I have a the Dermalight 80!

It depends on the extent of you psoriasis to be honest.  It takes a lot of perserverence and patience to you use one of these on your body and I have no patience at all  ;D  I used mine many on my face and back of my hands at 80-90% covered it didn't even touch the surface of my psoriasis!

I have bought a uv hand held unit a couple of years ago. The light works on a specific wavelength that has been shown  to be most effective for psoriasis. It was exspensive and reallyy only useful for small patches. expecially good aroulnd hair line and on hands - but for large areas the light is way too small :)
