I actually saw a doctor who was really interested in what she could do for me and my psoriasis! It was a complete breath of fresh air for me! At one point, I thought she was going to ask me about emotional and psychological effects of P, so I scarpered out of there as quick as my little legs could take me. But she talked about all the treatments (of course, I learnt most of that on PHO) and wanted to actually SPEND TIME with me! (Not on a social basis of course!)
We spoke about all the referrals I've had and where I've been and she explored other options for referral. I felt like it mattered!
The little 'boo' is that I have to send toe nails off for a psoriasis of the nail test. But ahhh well! Who notices a toe nail anyway!?
