I use an ointment which when on the skin looks shiney (cant spell) and was asked how did I burn myself and it looks terribly painful, I reply in a matter of fact way its only p.

The other day i was in a clothes shop - one of these trendy £50 a t shirt places - and the owner came up and said "excuse me, but i have to ask, are those cigarette burns on your legs?"  At first i was horrified, but then i thought about it and perhaps she actually did thing i was being abused and was trying to help.
