UVB - 2 vs 3 times/week

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else out there has uvb treatment twice a week rather than 3 times?
Or perhaps has experience of both and can compare
the success.

I feel I need the break between treatmants for my skin to recover. I feel that 3 times a week would be too much.  

I had a choice of twice a week at the hospital close to
work or three times a week at the hospital nearer home
(which is an absolute nightmare for parking). Due to me giving someone a lift to work the twice a week seemed less disruptive to all.

I think they go for the three times a week as a rule...

But I know of people who go once a week and even one bloke who goes once every two weeks to maintain recently cleared skin.

I think it worth talking with the derm nurse and see what he/she thinks...

As I tend to burmn easily I prefer to go twice a week when I have UVB.  My derm dept doesn't object.  They have a few patients who go twice a week.

i went 2 times a week if you get to much when you stop i think your P will return quicker just because it's used to lot's of UVB.

i went three times untill i was almost clear then the last 2-3 weeks i just went twice,
but i agree with hanna, it hink my skin got to used to it and now it coming back!?
