Can't say I've noticed anything yucky like that but the cubicles were not cleaned between each patient, we are only told to put a clean sheet of paper on the floor and some people don't move theirs so I have had to do that - which I suppose really I shouldn't.  The only time the cubicle has been cleaned before I entered it was when they fetched an old and obviously ill lady in for treatment, she was in a wheelchair and had to be helped in and out of the cubicle, had to sit down in it, and whilst in she had obviously wet herself as the nurses went in with sprays and cloths and paper towels after her.  It wasn't the old ladies fault and I felt very sympathetic to her but I did feel a bit queasy going in after her as it should have warranted a more thorough clean, not just a quick spray with dettox and a wipeover! :-/
