Where did you get clear of p?

Was there ever a time when you went for a vacation and you got clear of p?  Can you tell us where you went?  How long did you stay there?

The only place and time I can remember was a 3-week holiday in california in 1999.  When I got home, p was back, too.  Maybe I should have stayed and lived in california?

Went to greece 3 years ago and skin was clear in a matter of days! Took about 6 months to return. Must be the greek sun doing wonders for my skin!

South of spain in the early summer (Mai/June) is nice too.

Around the "cabo de gata"  there are some nice little beaches, where at some  nudity is tolerated. And that's good to clear P everywhere
In high season it is too overcrowded.
If you are in San Jose, the beaches I mean are in the south in direction of the cape.

Don't be naked in Spain direktly at the family beaches in the towns, of course.

Around "cabo de gata" the area is a national park.

You have to fly to Almeria and rent a car. In Mai and June you won't have problems to find an accommodation directly on the spot.

I've been there some years ago. For your accompaniment it might be a little boring for more than some days, but sometimes we have to make sacrifices.

I spent 10 days in the Seychelles and cleared up really quickly. My photos show me wearing t-shirts after only a few days with the p on my arms/elbows completely gone. The temp was a fairly constant 30 degrees and you can usually find some privacy if you look around. It's quite an expensive place to get to and stay though.

Mine cleared whilst in Florida for a fortnight. Unfortunately I had my first appointment with a dermy when I returned back, minus the "P", suffice to say he didn't think I had a problem, until it returned with a vengeance :'(. Great holiday though

Iv'e only been clear of psoriasis when on holidays in a warm climate,and when on Puva,And sun beds under hospital supervision. Now i can't use sunbeds in the hospital as i have used all the time allowed on them.
Iv'e had three skin tumors removed because of to much sun damage in the past , all the tumors have been removed succesfully but have to be carefull when out in the sun. No more Med Hols.

Fish spa Turkey...  Took about 6 months to return. however i took sun bath after stayin at spa. so sometimes it took 8 months to return. but some people dont have for years. if you have plan to come this fish spa come in may... Cheers.

len i live in california and it hasn't made me totally clear ever but the funny thing is when i went to uk about a month ago i was as clear as i have ever been go figure, maybe change of location i have no idea but my skin felt softer there my hair was so soft i could have gone without conditioner and my lungs were clearer, then i come back to california and within 2 days all back to the same old stuff, except my p is still pretty good, but not as good as when i was there :-/
