So I'm not the only person that got it on the neck then, I found that a strange place to have ot.  Mines has cleared up on my neck now though.  The run up to and after xmas, I had to mae sure I was covered from the neck to the anles, I hated it.

Quicker if I just say where I don't get it. My toenails. Absolutely everywhere else gets targetted, including neck, ears, and most annoyingly at the moment on my eyelids and inside my nose

Hi... All...
    I have read this I think  Have had it in my eyebrows, forehead and ears and in the side of my nose and once on my cheek (which made me really self consious) only get that when im really stressed

I get psoriasis pretty much everywhere but all my patches on large surface areas are about 20p sized, so not totally covered. There's lots of 'normal' skin in between so I am quite lucky.

My knees are clear, and my one shoulder, one foot and the front of my neck. Both hands are clear. On my face i only get it in my hairline and near one eyebrow. A new patch has started on one eyelid!!! Not quite sure what to do with that.

The most annoying ones for me are; boobs and legs because they itch so much, back of thighs because they sometimes hurt when sitting, in ears because they bleed and flake over grossly, and elbows because they have £20 note sized patches and the skin gets really tender and painful to put my elbows down.

...turns out quite a lot of them are annoying!

Have had it literally everywhere. At the moment palms of hands and soles of feet clear, thankfully.

Was interested to hear people say hip areas painful - my sides, from arms to knees are just about solid P, and the hip dept has always been the most painful.
Arms, back, front, legs all covered in variety of patches - all shapes and sizes.

DO go for that smear - my GP used to do it for me when I was too embarrassed to let the practice nurses see, but having been hospitalised with P, I now have no shame, and just go for the sympathy vote! - Well it DOES hurt!

My p seems to stay on my scalp all the time, no matter how much I treat it!  I also have a general presence on my forearms, skins, and the bridge across my nose. Joys

Um just about everywhere right now head, face, arms, back, sides, bum, legs, knees, feet, only really my tummy mostly clear.  Worst bits are on my calf's and bum, hence my name!!

Hi all!!

Been absent for a while, been finding it pretty hard to deal with recently, it was bringing me down big time   P getting worse.  As well as having it everywhere I have previously mentioned, I now have it on my other shin, my right foot/ankle, on and around my left eye and down the left side of my face, upper left arm and inside my left ear.  It's great!! haha.

To be fair, I finally got to see a derm today so in a pretty good mood   He's prescribed me some other treatments to try and I'm back in 5 weeks with the possibility of UVB   It's only took me 8 years to get here!!

I also finally spoke about having it in the girly department (didn't feel comfortable showing him it though but he understood which was great) so got a bit of advice.  Maybe now I will go for that smear lol.

Thanks for being so responsive with this, it's been good knowing that people also suffer in the more private area, which was my initial intention of this thread.  You guys are awesome!!
