A fantastic product that is really helping my weight loss programme. It is a great appetite supressor i.e. makes me feel fuller longer and also has fat burning properties by increasing your body's thermogenesis. Currently I take a tablespoon with each of my meals and I definately stay fuller for longer even though I have reduced my portion size!
On top of that it helps boost your immune system, combats inflammation and helps prevent heart disease!
For me I really think this is a life changing product and have recommended it to friends and family.
