I believe that "Pranayama" the Breathing Techniques within Yoga can really work at a cellular level i.e. within Mitochondiria and DNA and "cure" incurable diseases including Psoriasis and other so-called  incurable diseases.  There are more than 45 different very powerful breathing techniques.  However, it is very important that:

(1)  These techniques are learnt through a qualified and experienced Yoga Guru who specialises in Pranayama (ideally in Kundalini Pranayama and Chakra Meditation)
(2)  You have to have faith that they will "cure" you
(3)  Do them on a regular basis initially under the guidance of a Guru

I would be pleased to send you brief details of 10 of the Pranayama techniques and their benefits.  Please email me on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

I would love to learn yoga through a decent teacher (my last teacher was a bit dodgy) and my TCM doctor has tried to teach me the basics of proper breathing techniques for healing, but I continually struggle with them.

I am somewhat experienced in Chakra Meditation but have always avoided anything associated with Kundalini because of the powerful energies associated with it – definitely NOT one for beginners.

I am not too keen on the guru part – gurus tend to be very pandered too by their followers and it goes against my nature to pander and I am not a follower without question - which tends to annoy most gurus.  :D

I don’t feel comfortable emailing you directly but I would be interested in a website link (describing 10 of the Pranayama techniques and their benefits - plus some contacts for international schools) if you have one.

Hopefully you will see this message and post back?!

If not, has anyone here made contact with the email address given?

Thanks

Hi there

It is indeed important to learn the Pranayama (breathing techniques) through a decent teacher.  In fact by mentioning the word "Guru", I did not mean the one wearing orange robes and smoking hashish!  I meant a knowledgable and an experienced teacher who is capable of imparting knowledge!!

As far as Chakra Meditation is concerned I again did not mean to get deep into Kundalini Meditation. What I meant is to make use of Chakra (or energy "gates") to "empty or divert one's mind from the ususal train of thoughts".

One of the good ways to know about these techniques is to go to Utube and type "Pranayama".  Two of 10 important Pranayama techiniques I had mentioned are "Bhastrika" and "Anuloma Viloma".  I you live in London then there are excellent classes at Asian Centre, Wood Green, London  N22 6TB on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

If you are really interested and wish to transform you life and lifestyle through Yoga and Naturopathy, perhaps the best place to stay at least for a month in a place called Jindal Nature Cure Institute in Bangalore, India - its website is You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

If you are still interested to find out the information through Internet please let me know I would be pleased to email you names and description of main types of Pranayama.
