'spots' and diet change/tablet regime
« on: November 24, 2011, 02:22:06 PM »
Hi all,
i have recently changed my diet, im avoiding dairy, gluten, nightshades and eating lots of fresh veggies, fish and white meat. i am also taking fish oils, vit d3, b and c. a good multi vit, some coconut oil and a probiotic. I have stopped smoking (a few months ago now) and stopped drinking, except the odd g&t ( i did drink alot of wine and cider before, more than i should of!) The thing is, it appears a couple of patches of p are getting a little lighter and a couple, a little worse..
along with this, im getting tiny little spots (white head type) on my chest and tummy? has anyone had this before? is this normal for such a diet and tablet regime. i have read before of people getting a little worse before they get better but not of spots.
any ideas?

many thanks

I've had similar reaction plus I get acne all the time on my face. Never had acne in my life or teenage years.
One thing I did notice is that if you moisturise with coconut oil and use bathsalts as well it can cause a reaction/allergy type symptoms such as rash ands itching.
