ANY chinese herbal product that produces dramatic changes in 4 days is likely to contain steroids, this comes up time and itme again.  Faast results just dont happen that often with natural remedies, some herbalists allow 3-6 onths for changes to occur , not days. Makeyour own decision but im not interested.
