A friend is trying to lose weight and had brought some of those powdered slim milkshake replacement meals. I read the ingredients and warned her against them as they contained three different types of sugar, plus artificial sweeteners, plus soy. A very unhealthy combination.
I suggested she do some exercise and drink green smoothies instead. She was scared to drink GS because she was worried the bananas would make her fat!!!

When I lost weight (went from size 20 down to size 10), I was basically just eating plants. Loads of bananas every day too.

That, plus walking every day, is basically how I lost so much weight and have kept it off for three years now.
This lifestyle is a great way to cure / reverse many other health ailments too.
I also reversed the threat of diabetics by following it, and rarely get sick (flu) since starting it.
