Hi everyone,

I have tasted this milk!
It doesn't really taste that different to cows milk - maybe its even a little creamier.
It isn't yellow or any funny colour - it is a pure white, smooth clean milk.
A lot of Italian resturants use buffalo milk & cheese - it also makes the best mozerella, you can also get buffalo milk ice cream & some people also do buffalo steaks.

The Buffalo themselves are not nasty, dust scraping things like you might expect .....they are suprisingly docile & gentle & the calves are soooooo sweet ;D

Bye for now
Jx

Never tasted it but I did see the program on BBC.  Apparently it's available in Waitrose supermarkets.  (it probably says that on the web site?)

I agree its not bad...and real bufallo mozerella is just almost too good (like, you can't stop eating it - it just melts in your mouth).
It just makes me all that more unique.
