Put a pantyliner along the edge of your bra it really helps! You may need to half it in two lengthways - sticky side to the bra (just in case ouchy)  I find keeping it dry helps much more than moisturising.  Use the Trimovate for a could of days then just wash with water no soap or shower gel for a few days and just keep as dry as possible.

Hi Mary,  that does look so sore, I have it under just one of my boobs,  not as sore looking as that though.  My betnovate does clear it but then a few days later its back :(  trimovate doesn't seem to do anything for me.

I do find in the hot weather if you have a big bust it can get damp and sweaty under and between your boobs,  once my moisturiser has soaked in properly I put baby talc under them which keeps that area dry and fresh and does help the P.  Maybe this will help yo a little.

I felt absolutely miserable because my skin flared when I was away. Then the chemist in the south of Ireland said they cant get trimovate and he would need to order it in with a prescription.  I told him that I used to get betnovate off him years ago and it was a far worse cream compared to trimovate.

Mary,,,,,, that does look painful.  Using a pantyliner sounds like a good idea, it would help keep you dry.  Here in the US we also use Desitin,,,a diaper rash cream.  It has aloe and vit E in it and really helps.  Your detergent could be adding to the problem.  Try something mild that is for babies.

Hi there,

My mum had something like that a couple of years ago... her doc said it was more to do with a yeast infection - take a look at the candida thread it might help.  Her doc gave her some cream which worked wonders ... sorry cant remember what the cream was.

cheers
