Soak your feet and your psoriasis goes away................

..................yeah.............right.

Tell you what. Buy yourself a big box of epsam salts and a  child's wading pool. Then line up the folding chairs around the perimeter of the pool and invite all your family and friends over for a big group soak. You can even make a party out of it.

Cheese and crackers anyone?

I can assure you I am in no way affiliated with the company that manufactures these machines.  >:(

I just thought it was worth letting other people know of the success I and other people with psoriasis have had using this machine.

Pardon me for trying to be helpful  :o

You don't have to buy a machine my local leisure centre has a 'travelling' beautician? who you can book to do this for you...A friend of mine tried it out and was amazed by its detox ability...her water was black on the first session and yellow(tar) on the second. She really enthuses about it..might be worth a try for a £20ish session.

Buy yourself a big box of epsam salts.

Epsom salts will help but you need at least 1 kg for a bath - buy it in bulk from boots.  Good for aches and pains too.

Hi Psoriasis sufferer,

Its a very interesting concept about the foot therapy.
Do you think the foot machine is working a bit like a foot massage?

I have heard of the foot detoxing & I think its a really good idea ...

Apparantly there are about 70, 000 nerve endings on the sole of each foot & when these are stimulated, they can send messages along the nerve pathways & to all areas of the body & brain.

Pressure, when applied to a nerve ending can influence the body systems - including the circulation & lymphatic systems.

This results in improved body health because nutrients & oxygen are transported more efficiently around the body & toxins are eliminated more easily.

So, if you cannot get a full body massage - simply massaging your feet can indirectly massage everywhere at once!

Feet are an extremely absorbent part of the body.
If you peel a garlic clove & rub it over the soles of your feet.  In 30 seconds you will taste the garlic in your mouth!

Glad you have found something which is working.

Do you add any oils or salts to the water or is it just plain water?

All the best,
Jx

Thanks guys.

I will be posting my story for you soon, waiting until I have a spare 2 hours, believe me it's a long long story!!  :D

A bit of an introduction, I'm 37, I live in Watford in London. I have had p for the last 10 years or so and I believe it was a stressful time that caused it. There were a few deaths in the family and I lost my job and home all within 2 months and before I knew it I was covered in patches. The worst patches were on my scalp, knees and elbows, but I have definitely had a massive improvement lately.  ;D

Jade, it is just plain water that I use, straight from the tap.
