hi there i,m a great beliver in it to my 1st time in hospital they gave me this stuff called st johns scalp ointment worked wonders it is hard to get outside hospitalbut lucky my local pharmacist told me that while training it is one of the ointments they get u to make up so most chemists should be able to make it one of the main ingredients is cocunut oil also about 4 years ago a girl told me to try dove shampoo i,ve never looked back i still have a slight roughness in my head but nothing compared to what it was like so now i have through all my scalp treatments out and i stick to the dove shampoo wish i could find something 4 everywhere else ps if it ever really flares again i,ll go straight back to st johns scalp ointment so good luck hope this helps.
