Not been on here for a while but wanted to stick my head in and let folk know that I found a cream called Dermanova Active Care Skin Cream which has calmed my skin down heaps.
I had UVB treatment about 18 months ago and my skin is still 99% clear but I've got some red angry patches on my elbows and a dry scalp so I tried a free sample of this stuff to see how it would react. All seemed well so I ordered more and after a few weeks the skin on my elbows is still red but feels like regular skin again.
It's steriod free, pretty much all natural I think and although it does smell a bit fishy it seems to do the trick. There's a shampoo available too which is a bit slimey itself but I mixed it with some Vosene and it seems to be pretty good at keep the head flakes at bay.
You can get it on the official website but check eBay cause the company is selling off the product in the old packaging for about £3 a tube at the moment and it's exactly the same.
