hi, ive been bathing with porridge oats for almost 2 weeks now, also drinking lakeland willow water and taking Omega fish capsules. I started doing all this at the same time, and possibily some credibility to the recent sunshine we're experiencing here in the UK. I can say its defintely working, 50-60% better -  A MUST TRY!!!!!

Ive only missed one day since ive started with this bathing with porridge oats program, and yeah i defintely think it works. - its cheap and soothing, what else can one ask for, esp when your skin is rough like a rusted piece of metal sheet.

cheers Saas.....might give it a go too. 8)

I'm another one that has started trying the porridge baths, and I cannot believe the results!  ;D

I've tried all the lotions and potions, UVB (that burned me quite badly) PUVA (which ended up with tempory nerve damage all over)

I've now been having the porridge baths for nearly 2 weeks and my skin (all over) is very noticeably clearer, much less flaky, and much much softer. I'm still using diprobase, but not nearly as much as I was using before.

I'm still waiting for it all to flare up, as I'm the eternal pessimist when it comes to treatments and my P, but so far it's working for me

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
