I have tried a seaweed based product before. i ordered it from ireland and you put the powder in the bath and soak in it. it made my skin really firey red and sore. i made the mistake of buying a few months supply before trying it..in my naive days of having p, hopefully ive learnt a bit since then as far as paying out for wonder treatments is concerned!!!  ::)

I've gone the Seaweed route too...All it did was make my P even Dryer than it normally is!

I've been using the seeweed mix for about a month (not religiously like it states above tho) - it does seem to calm the burn and itch but because it stinks so much I only use it when I really itch and burn.  The stain it leaves in the bath isnt permenant so dont let it both you.  I've not found it to be a cure - but it does help the symptoms  ;)
