What do you do with the cling film. I used hemp oil this week after seeing the threads about it. It's got rid of the p (until the next time) and has less of a chip pan effect on the hair than any of the other oils I've used.

Hi there is a thread about scalp P and the cling film gets a mention there.

Basicaly it comes from the idea of occlusion, which sometimes a derm might use to soak in a med, I was treated on my arms when I was a kid that way, They slapped on the betnovate and put plastic bags on my arms.
Using cling film just keeps the oil in the hair/on the scalp and not all over you. Just wrap up your hair in it when you've combed in the oil. I find if I give the oil a good 2 hrs to soak in it works a treat, I just become Mr cling film head:)

Billy - do you know exactly what your herbalisy gave you for your P?

I am not being nosey, just wanted to compare your regime of herbs with my own!

I will write down the herbs which I am being given at my next appointment (in about 5 weeks) out of interest.

Cheers!
