What are people's experience with Aloe Vera, does it work well and what form did you use it in. I hve scalp and body P any comments would be helpful.

I went to a Living Product party a while back that sells all Aloe Vera products, and came away with this aloe vera drink which was supposed to help your general well being and in turn help your P.

However, other than making me gag every morning whilst trying to drink it - dont think it did anything at all !

I bought and tried an Aloe Vera Gel Intensive Skin Care Treatment once. I did not use it for long as I found it less effective than the normal moisturising creams.
