Yes it is a help with the digestive system. That is a factor of psoriasis. Sort that out and thats one step to getting it sorted.

Ciaran...

How good is Neem for you??? any idea, i know its good for cleaning inside out???

I find it very difficult to do extreme diets in order to flush out my system, does anyone know a simpler way of doing it, like taking a capsual a day or drinking something everyday.

Hi Pretty P,

I'm really glad that the aloe vera juice has helped you  :)
Its the purest one I have found & I like pukka as a company, they seem genuine.
Their CLEANSE purifying skin tea is good too, with nettle, mint, dandelion & aloe vera.

If you want extra cleansing things ... have you thought about a juicer or something like that?
That way you can get a lot of raw fruit & veg into you or you could buy organic carrot/beetroot juice which are very cleansing & full of vitamins to help your skin.
Obviously a BAD diet never helps things ... beetroot juice is going to feel a bit sad on top of chips & icecream  ;)

And dandelion root coffee is a good detoxer, tastes ok too ... although not if you are a great coffee connoisseur!!

The neem oils is good, but very smelly, i only use it at night.

If you go to google and type in neem and psoriasis togather, there is alot of info on it, however does it work??/ Thats the big Question. I cant tell as im using a few things togather so cant really point out which isnt working...im too scared to stop any of them, just incase i get a flare up.
