Alternative shampoo
« on: October 15, 2011, 01:19:03 PM »
Any good recommendations? Been using the dead sea spa magik shampoo and mud conditioner for a while and found it good but needing something new to try as its not working as well as it has done. Preferably "natural"  ;)

Thanks

hi el...this works for me You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

about a tablespoon...suds it up and leave it in hair for duration of bath or shower,,,takes about three weeks to work...it was the base for one of my experiments..one that worked...it probably needs the D, anti inflammatory diet etc...but worth a try alone..they sell it in quite a few places in the us...there are other varieties but peppermint is the only one i have used as menthol (peppermint) has been part of the formula and might have some merit here

if its too drying one might add olive oil
if no body, one might add glycerine
for thorough rinse one might add lemon juice

give it a month..its inexpensive at $4 for the smallest size (about a months supply)....and for me it works ..been on it or some form of it (with additional ingredients) for three years now

Thanks BJ, hope you are well. Very busy here, so not been on the boards much. Getting married next year so lots to feel positive about. Must dig out my fishing rods soon as they are starting to gather some dust!

p.s Will give the product a try  :)
