alternative

Hello i have not posted for a while as have been very down about my Psoriasis so have not really been on the site i have tried loads of things from the doctors and nothing seems to ever work so i was just woundering is there anything out there i can use as an alternative to all the creams and stuff the doctor gives me.

Is there maybe anything i could use in my bath that would help or soming i could put it on it other than the smelly cream from the doctors thanks to anyone that replys

Hi.  If you look down the page and read the thread P is disappearing and not coming back - I'm trying this out - it seems to have taken a few weeks to kick in but I am beginning to see some improvement now.
