Thanks John Boy!

I will order some now and give it a go, anythings worth a try at the moment.  Only being prescribed emolients for my body and nothing at all for my scalp  :(

The emolients are just making my normal skin baby soft and the p is still red and dry so getting really fed up.  Only had the p for 4 weeks but getting frustrated that nobody at my doctors seems to want to help in trying anything else but e45 and hydromol

I will keep you posted as to whether it makes a difference

Clare try and get someone to put it on for you
use a comb and get it on your scalp don't just rub the head with it
i always have a laugh and call it the nit comb gentle apply parting your hair and then rub on to the scalp

Thanks for posting Clare, I need help here too. I think I'll try the olive oil first before buying anything new, my cupboards are so full of failed treatments! Word of warning, be careful of using pure coconut oil, I applied it all over and it's very cold in my lounge so it set on my head and took ages to scrape it off!  ;D

I believe the best thing for Itching is fish oil and diet. It wont clear your P by a mile but it will reduce the itching considerably.

Use Psoricalm (from my own experience), Krill oil or the fish oil BJ recommends. it will take a couple of months to work, but you can more or less kiss the itch good bye after that.

Thanks so much for all the advice
As ive already mentioned, ive only had p for the last 4 weeks so allthis is completely new to me.
The fish oils and krill oil that ppl take really confuses me....ppl take ibuprofen and multi vitamins and stuff too and i wouldn't even know where to start with the different mixtures.
I already take vit A and fish oil (just regular Holland and Barrat brand) - dont know if its any good??
