A few years ago I use to have a terrible pain in my hip.
My mainstream doctor diagnosed it as PA – I personally think it was a misdiagnoses, but anyway that is another issue.
Again (sorry) but it comes back to diet for me.
When following a high percentage alkaline diet, I have no or very minimal body pains.
When following a high percentage acidic diet, I have many body pains.
I have read many articles and testimonials along the lines of……..
“I went vegan and the arthritis improved, then I went high raw and there was further improvements. But it wasn't until I went 100% raw vegan that I saw the most amazing effects. I now have flexibility that I've not known since early childhood! And stiffness and pain are virtually gone”.
And it has been true for me too, the more raw vegan foods I include in my diet (I am about 75% raw) the less leg, hip, back, shoulder, neck pain I experience.
So whilst there is no cure for PA, you can at least reduce the pain naturally.
A bit radical for you perhaps, but at least it is a drug-free route
