LoginSteelem I didn't see the results right away because it was trail and error for me trying to source protein that didn't react with my skin and eliminating other factors. Just getting my diet right so I didn't go insane with hunger or boredom.
Around 3 months I started to see clearing on my arms and legs but my scalp was resistant until I added psyllium husks. I am currently experiencing severe itching on my scalp but the patches are fading and it's looking good
