hi pp,i did the shakes and barneys formula . I only ate fruit (same as in shakes ) veg and more veg fish some chicken ,millet or oat porrige with rice milk ..NO dairy wheat gluten etc etc ... its strict but well worth it...u can google recipies , i found one for bread yesterday...but as i say it works...i put some before and after pics on this thread in earlier posts...i found reiki really helped out too. give it a go

. Not finding it difficult at the mo. Think I must has seen your pics as read the whole thread before i started. Glad you found reika helpful. I have used it in the past and will bear it in mind.
As a side issue, I am staggered i havn't lost any weight after 10 days of no sugar, bread, cheese, butter, potatoes etc. Oh well, that's not the important bit.
