Right, noticed in the bath earlier the Bergamot oil is getting low, so have ordered some buckthorn oil and will try that next. If anything maybe its chilled me out more using oils????

Here's the same arm as before today

Glad you're having such good results,  :)   I'm gonna buy some bergamot oil.  Let us know if buckthorn is equally effective.

Well done   ;D

Just a little update. My P is sore again, especially my arms, hands & hips, i guess due to the continuing changes in weather, from wet to cold? My skin has been really red today and hurt when I finally got in the bath. I am now, ontop of the oils, using a fat ol' wedge of salts now.
My thoughts for the day are how quick things can change with P from being OK and seeing improvements to seemingly back where you started in less than a day. Most Illogical. :(

Sorry to hear that JAM, I hope that it improves soon; I feel the same way - my back aches daily and striggle sometimes find a comfertable sleeping position. I found that at the begining of January when we had really heavy snow my P didn't cause me any problems, it seemed quite ajustable to -1 temps.

They do say that it is worse during the winter season than in summer; I don't normally bask in the sun (being a red head I don't) but I'm preying for a good summer this year, you'll find me in back garden with top off if it does.

I'm hoping for a hot summer too, as i found a quiet place on the seafront i can sunbathe without scaring anyone :(, and also found a good sunlotion from greenpeople. Either that, or t-shirt & shorts and hit the moors on the mountain bike. Just as quiet and still get the sun, usually get lost somewhere near bristol airport though.

Right update, Im not noticing much from the buckthorn oil compared to the Bergamot oil so will revert back to that once the bottles empty or try another one. Cade oil i remember someone suggesting? Skin isnt to good at the mo, might be mainly cold weather which should be shifting soon?
Am noticing patches and spots coming back, but could even be as I have drank a bit to much alcohol over the last week or two, so am going to be boring and not drink anything for a while.
Also, just ordered two new body creams from Lush to try after I finish my current pot of 'Sympathy for skin' (maybe its that not working on me?)

I will be trying Karma cream with Oranges and almonds & Anglaise cream with Orange, almonds and tumeric (i think)

Will report ;)
