Haven't been to the boards in quite *ages* but though this would be the best place to come for everyones opinion on chinese medicine.  P still with me, in fact worse when I was last here but I wanted to search this subject as this is something I've recently taken.  Good to see that the majority have the same thoughts on this area!

In fact as I type this I have a pan of bark, twigs, etc boiling on my stove!  Been doing it for about two months now and whilst my wallet has felt the real effect of it, I have had a slight improvement but it's still very bad....suffice to say I've finally come to the conclusion that I'm better off without it.

Trouble is, there's so much other things in my life at the mo that could've helped clear up some bits and other stresses that could've also made things worse.  I've stopped smoking, taken up exercise, not eaten red meat in a while and rarely drink anymore which has probably contributed to some areas clearing up but had some real stresses with work and also that my mother and grandfather have recently passed away so I'm pretty sure this hasn't helped things.

Now made a decision to do combo healthy thing more (did try this a while ago and got better results) without paying through the nose for it!

Good to be back.

WB hellojed ~ yup the chinese stuff is complete rubbish IMO. Glad to see your improving your lifestyle choices like changing your diet, helped me enormously too btw. And I found out certain foods triggered my p too. All trial and error really but worth it and I'd encourage you to stick with it ~ good luck ~ Nick :)
