You can get tablets from your Health food shops(No worries about the smell then). Its supposed to be very good as part of a diet...dissolves any fat that you eat to prevent your body storing it or something...but never heard of it as a P remedy.

Have been on the cider vinegar for a couple of weeks. It was suggested to me because of my slightly high collestrol..Anyway I read somewhere in a mag that it is also better for the skin..So I am giving it a go,and I have to admit that it is nicer than the old malt vig that I have had over the yrs.No change in the skin, and it is another 6 months before I have my collestrol(OK BAD SPELIN)checked again.....The thing is that anything that makes you think can help the skin can only be a good thing..
Well maybe..

When Bex was about 5 we tried the cider vinegar and honey in a drink every day thing.  Stuck at it for about 3 months but didn't notice any improvement in her joints at the time (we did it for her arthritis)

More of an effect for her with cod liver oil - off a spoon - yuch!
