Try the recipe above or mix one tablespoon of Honey and one tablespoon of ACV with about 8 oz of water.  This mixture test very good.  TRY IT!!!

Hi everyone

Any time I take vinegar, I pour a little drop into blackcurrant juice and knock it back, the sweetness compensates the bitter of the vinegar and it's not too bad.
RE tooth enamel - I have my drink at time when I will be brushing my teeth afterwards just to be on the safe side.

All the best
From Roz

I think I will take some tablets as I'm worried about taking honey and cider vinegar together. I can't adfford a dentist at the moment and you can't find an NHS one in England for love nor money!

has anyone got their p completely cleared from using acv?

Some ppl have had success controlling their scalp, does one think it can help their body if they used acv in their bath?
