I got my husband to try it but he got a sore stomach after so unfortunately we won't be able to go further with it :(

I found with the cider vinegar the best way to do it was to pour out 2 tbsps into a cup and have a glass of water by the side, knock it down in one and then knock the water down.

No good mixing the two - it tastes horrible and takes longer to drink = you've just got to grit your teeth and knock it down in one.
