well time for change
fed up with Co-Codamols 30/500 having loads of problems with digestive Problems
have been on these long term and they have taken there toll

what to use next  :-\ :-\

still using Tramadol and diazepam for pain

Think this got missed cos its on here - You could try paracetamol on its own along side the tramadol.
Or somthing to speed up it process through like metacalpromide

i use Movicol works well now

just getting fed up with long term pain and all these extra meds
