Has anyone else noticed that whatever diet or regime you are following that if you stray from that diet or regime, it all goes t**ts up!!!
I have now stuck to my diet for 5 months and not strayed from the rules and I feel great, but I know from pevious experience, that if I cheat "oh one mouthfull won't hurt", or "I'll skip that today" it all starts to go wrong very quicky :'( :'(
For me this time, consistency and continuation has paid off.

So this is just really some encouragement for those who are struggling to keep to the rules of whatever diet/regime they are following to keep going! Don'y give in!
