so scratch im interested give me a typical daily intake of foods - how long have you been doing it for - what supps are you doing?
Well, I'm mainly on my raw vegan diet +/- meat&fish to save time. Got back on fish&meat since 2-3months and I've been sticking with the diet since herxeimer reaction which happenned back in june 2011 (if it is candida fungus that I have, I hope it didn't get used to this diet...)
This morning was:
-1 Cup of mineral water with freshly squizzed organic lemon.
5minutes later...
-Salad made of spinach,avocado, corn salade(mâche) and romain letuce (organic), plus I put organic olive oil in everything
-30grams of non-GMO Pea protein (now foods brand) blended with half of a tiny banana(organic), some pomegranate seeds and mineral water.
>1000mg of calcium carbonate which has 9000mg of vitamin C and 100mg of calcium, from solgar (so far this kind of calcium&its amount are ok for my skin but no near the minimal intake advised everywhere)
>2 ginsengs from vitacost x 800mg
at lunch:
- 2 cups of mineral water
- Everything raw: carrots(organic),1 cucumber(organic), 1 zucchini, 1 avocado, a handful of brocolis,a handful of spinach(organic),1 stick of celeri(organic), loads of turmeric(organic), oregano(organic),basilic, herbs(most of them organic)..
- the same salad as above
- +/-100gm of
steamed organic chicken
-1 poached egg (egg seems to be ok for me and the one's I eat are organic and from local farms)
- Some almonds (I'm letting them soak in water during 12h to see if it turns them edible for people with P, byebye phytic acid)
I put organic olive oil in everything
>3 omega 3 pills (for a total of 1050mg EPA and 150mg DHA) from isodisnatura
>5000IU of vitamin D3 (Carlson's)
>2 pills of turmeric with bioperin from vitacost brand
My P doesn't get worse even though my sleep has been pretty messed up, but it doesn't get better neither
I'll see what I do for dinner..but I'll have kale as always for dinners
