Hello, just hoping someone might be able to help me
I am going to try improve my diet to try to reduce my P, I know that reducing the amount of alcohol I drink is important, but while I'm in university I cant really see that happening haha
I was going to try and improve what I can, in an effort to get used to having a strict diet so it will be easier in the future when i do go the whole way and give up alcohol... I am going to start cutting out the 'bad' foods and introducing the 'good' foods
so I was wondering am allowed cooking oil, is olive oil okay for me to use?
For some strange reason I actually like spinach, which from Google-ing about I found that spinach is good, but I love salad dressing, I currently buy it in a bottle, which is probably not too good for me, so thought if I made my own then it would be okay. So is balsamic vinegar okay to have in my diet? if not, is there any other dressing I could make that is good for me to eat?
I'm not allowed chilli, which I love so that will be the hardest thing for me to cut out, but am I allowed to eat garlic?
