Mines from the organic herb trading company which Jade helped me get. I'm afraid I've been a bit slapdash about it lately what with one thing or another. I'm going to have to start being strict again. I must admit that My skin is fairly clear at the moment due to UVB. Which considering all that is going on inmy life at present is a miracle.

im also using that one. it definately helps the systemto stay clean. im also using spirulina
